Shipping Policy

At Uni24 Living, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, rates, and delivery timeframes so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order.

1. Shipping Options & Rates

We offer the following shipping methods for orders within the contiguous United States:

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods (Black Friday, holiday season, major sales events).

• Standard processing: 1–2 business days
• Peak season processing: Up to 3–4 business days
• Pre-order items: Processing time is noted on the product page

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

3. Shipping Destinations

Domestic (United States)

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $99 shipped to the contiguous United States only. Additional charges may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.

International

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination:

• Canada: 7–14 business days
• Europe: 10–20 business days
• Asia-Pacific: 10–20 business days
• Rest of World: 15–30 business days

Important: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for estimated fees before placing your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page and entering your order number and email address.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after you receive the shipping confirmation email.

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders:

• Domestic: USPS, FedEx, UPS
• International: DHL, FedEx International, USPS First-Class International

The carrier assigned to your order depends on the shipping method selected, package weight, and destination. We reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier for each shipment.

6. P.O. Box & APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. However, express and priority shipping options are not available for P.O. Box addresses. APO/FPO military addresses are eligible for standard shipping only. Delivery times for APO/FPO addresses may be extended.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While rare, packages can occasionally be lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Here's what to do:

• Lost in transit: If your tracking information shows no movement for 7+ business days (domestic) or 15+ business days (international), contact us and we'll initiate an investigation with the carrier
• Stolen package: We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" that are later reported stolen. Please contact the carrier directly and consider filing a police report
• Damaged in transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Return Policy for instructions

9. Shipping Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
